For professors who are tutoring the teams, it\u2019s a great way to raise the stakes of a final project and propose an interdisciplinary brief and a chance to participate in the Final at the Technical University of Madrid.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"sqs-block-button-element--medium sqs-button-element--primary sqs-block-button-element\" href=\"https:\/\/digitallabs.edrmedeso.com\/academic\">Academic at EDRMedeso<\/a><\/p>\n<h4>Project Registration Period: Between March 1st and July 15th, 2023<\/h4>\n<p><strong style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">A<\/strong><strong style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">ny professor\/supervisor<\/strong> can submit their project ideas <strong style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">by filling out the form and sending a 300-word abstract<\/strong> to the competition address <a style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\" href=\"mailto:materialselectionchallenge@ansys.com\">materialselectionchallenge@ansys.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Important:<\/strong> Only complete submissions made by professors will be accepted.<\/p>\n<h4>Who is Eligible to Participate?<\/h4>\n<p>The competition is for university-level students\u00a0<strong style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">from Africa, Central America, North America, South America, Europe, and the Middle East\u00a0<\/strong>who use Ansys Granta EduPack in their courses. You can participate individually or in groups (<strong style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">maximum of three people<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<h4>How to Participate?<\/h4>\n<p>To participate in this challenge, you must propose a project in which material selection is the decisive factor in its development. <strong style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Each project must have a tutor associated with it<\/strong>, who will be the person in charge of guiding the students in its execution. <strong style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">A maximum of two projects per tutor<\/strong> will be accepted, and different students must be involved in each project.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"sqs-block-button-element--medium sqs-button-element--primary sqs-block-button-element\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ansys.com\/experiences\/materials-selection-challenge\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Read more and register<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Welcome to the 1st edition of the Ansys International Material Selection Challenge at the Moncloa Campus of the Technical University of Madrid.
