Really great information. Lets take fast food for instance, especially McDonalds. Since the beginning of my life cycle here on earth and knowing about McDonalds. Their fryer is to the left in every single Mickey D’s. We want to stand out and be different so much that we will take away from the very thing that is working well and incorporate something in its place when it wasn’t necessary to begin with. Anyway. this is awesome content and very helpful for the newbies.

Nailed it spot on. The growing demand for high quality B2B websites is far outpacing the ability for most businesses to keep up. Combine that with political issues within businesses and voila, most B2B websites are just uninspiring. They need to realize the website is usually the first point of contact. First impressions matter!

“Lack of Empathy for the Modern Buyer”.. we could write a whole book about this. It’s driving me crazy. It’s not just poor website designs, it’s everything in marketing today. Sometimes I want to scream at companies…toss out these overused and trite words, start using exciting words! Same goes for websites. If you want me to shop online rather than in-store, and I want to! But please make it somewhat interesting.
