However, a lot of it did. It changed my mind on some things and made me realize some heave flaws in my self as a manager. My main goals sometimes fall to the wayside in my week because I’ve found some store wide problem that requires ‘my chasing’ My energy becomes so divided that I end up looking bad because I’ve dropped the ball some where else, or gotten to work up about a seemingly small problem. It’s difficult when you want things to go perfect. I know that allowing things to slack can create domino problems and that’s a fear of mine in management position. That I will let things slide and it will build into a larger issue but this has shown me that I am doing that any way by taking my attention away from the things that actually need my focused attention. So for hopefully ( fingers crossed.) helping me be a better manager less energetic, more focus and productive I thank you! Also, this was a good read I got pulled in when I didn’t expect to. Well done.

Prioritization is key. Really great info here that every business should utilize, I shared your article with my manager and he’s spread it around the office. Thanks!

But to be honest it is not just for managers.
This article has explained the reality around marketers productivity. Pretty useful for entrepreneurs.

And man is it obvious when a manager doesn’t have their priorities straight. It’s just a bad experience for every one. The worst is when staff have manage their managers. No wonder some of these places find themselves in trouble. Thanks for the article!

Getting frazzled and burnt out can cause so many issues. Especially when your prime focus is one your job or home life. It completely screws everything up! So, thank you for making this issue apparent 🙂

In my opinion, one should plan ahead. One of the ways of planning ahead of course is to visualize finishing the priorities for the day. Also doing some yoga, and mediation during the beginning of the day helps a lot.
Because the day no matter how much you planned ahead can get very tiring on the body,
so that’s where yoga, and mediation comes in to give us a fresh start.

People take every day tasks and really dont take the time out to look at the approach of taking care of specific tasks . In todays modern age of dealing with work and life we must find that happy medium.

Action controls the story as opposed to just reacting and getting led. Great article. Wonderful advice.
